Just found this article when sorting through some old paperwork.

Living France interviewed me back in 2014 about running my own company, how I started Jelly & Ice Cream and the ups and downs of setting up a business in France, of which there were many! Talk about a steep learning curve.

I’d forgotten about the piece until today but I’ve just read it again and I’m actually really proud of it. I hope you enjoy it too!
